When improving your social media channels, it is good to ask yourself the following questions. Of course, I can help you out in the process.
It’s not smart to start posting bluntly. Every project starts with an analysis. It shows the current situation and points to improve. We discuss expected outcomes. We look at what your current assets are. This will result in a thorough verview of the current situation.
After a thorough analysis, we will define objectives. What should the social media consultant achieve? In this process we will determine expected outcomes.
Identifying Stakeholders
It is very important to identify stakeholders. This means; who will see your posts? Who is your client? And are there other people that might look at your social channels? Depending on your objectives, I will help to identify groups. Where needed, personas will be created. Conducting a survey amongst current stakeholders can also add to getting more insight.
communication strategy
This part brings life to your social media channels. In this part we will create a tone of voice and visual identity. The identity will be brought into your channels. Creating a visually attractive platform. And engaging styles of posting.
Once you have a social media strategy, you want to put it to good use. All strategies come with a suitable work plan which explains how to implement the newly acquired strategy. And when! Depending on what you are looking for, we can also decide on a hand-in-hand implementation.
What will you show your audience? This will be defined in the previous stages. But, how will you get this content? Can the social media consultant create it? Or should you bring in external forces to create it for you? This element is discussed as well.
Once you have settled on a way forward, the social media consultant can start. Creating posts. Engaging with your community. And, most importantly, creating return-on-investment. Following the goals that have been outlined, the social media consultant will start bringing results. Depending on what you are trying to achieve, that might take a while.
